Instant pots are the biggest cooking device right now. I feel like I see a commercial for one every commercial break these days. They are so convenient and easy. Classic Bottle Opener – You always need to have a bottle opener on hand at a party. My husband and I connected over a bottle opener! My husband and I met at a weeding. We were paired up to walk down the aisle together. I have been friends with the bride since first grade and he’s been friends with the groom since high school. The groom thought we would make a good couple. So, he had us walk down the aisle together.
We honestly didn’t talk too much before the wedding and during the wedding we were seated far from each other. But at the after party, we talked a little bit more. There were a bunch of bottles at the after party and I had my corkscrew just 2 doors down so I went back to my room and brought it back to the party. (I had it because the night before the bride and I hung out and I brought us a bottle of wine).
When I decided to leave the after party I asked him for my bottle opener back. I made an impression on him by asking for it back before I left. LOL We started to date just weeks after the party, and both brought a bottle opener with us when we went camping.
On our wedding day, we placed letters to each other, 2 bottles of wine and I added a bottle opener in a box we planned to open on our first anniversary. After we opened the box, we kept the bottle opener on top of our bar.
